Transparent and secure payment process
CraftIn chooses a simple and transparent approach to payments. All payments are made by bank transfer, without the involvement of third-party payment processing systems. This ensures full control over the payment process and clear transparency of transactions.
How does the order work?
- You select the goods and place an order by entering the necessary data.
- After receiving the order, an invoice is sent to your e-mail address.
- You make the payment using your internet bank at a time convenient for you.
Payment
- Payments are made only by bank transfer to the account specified in the invoice.
- The invoice number must be indicated in the purpose of payment.
- The order is processed only after receiving the payment.
Transparency and control
- You make the payment directly from your bank, without intermediaries.
- You always see to whom and for whom the payment is made.
- The transaction is based on an official invoice, providing full traceability.
Data protection
- During the payment process, your payment data is not transferred to third parties.
- All payment information is processed only in your banking environment.
- The data you provide is used only for the execution of the order.
Order execution
- After placing the order, it is registered with the status "Waiting for payment".
- After receiving the payment, the status is changed to "Payment received".
- After that, the order is transferred for execution with the status "In process".
- Once the order is made and packed, it is shipped, and the status is changed to "Shipped".
- After shipment, you will receive a tracking link for the shipment.
* You will receive an e-mail notification for each stage of the order progress.
Important information
- Please make the payment within the deadline specified in the invoice.
- Unpaid orders are automatically canceled after the deadline.
- Order execution is not initiated until payment has been received in the CraftIn account.
