General Terms and Conditions – CraftIN Shop

These rules determine the procedure for placing orders in the CraftIN.lv online store, how payment, order production, delivery, use of the right of withdrawal and communication with the store take place.
By placing an order CraftIN.lv, the customer confirms that he has read these terms, understands them and agrees to them.

CraftIN is a home workshop and online store that offers personalized wooden, 3D printing, laser engraving and other custom-made products, as well as individual ready-made goods.
If a specific service or product would require a specific licence, permit or professional qualification, such information would be indicated in the information section of the product, service or store in question. At the moment, no such special license is specified for the activity offered by CraftIN.
2. Goods and individual orders
CraftIN offers both finished goods and products made or personalized according to the customer’s instructions. Personalization may include a name, text, date, image, design, size, color, material, shape, or other element chosen by the customer.
Images of goods are informative in nature. Since some products are made individually and can be from natural materials or 3D printing materials, small differences in tone, texture, fiber pattern, print layering or other details are possible. Such differences shall not be considered a defect if they do not affect the use of the product and correspond to the nature of the product.
The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the personalization information specified in the order. If the customer has indicated an erroneous text, name, date, size, parcel machine or other information and the product has already been manufactured or handed over for manufacture, CraftIN is not obliged to cover the costs incurred as a result of this error.
3. Prices and availability of goods
All prices CraftIN.lv are indicated in euros. The delivery fee, if any, is indicated at the time of placing the order before confirming the order.
CraftIN is not a VAT payer, unless otherwise stated on the website or invoice.
If, due to a technical error, an obviously incorrect price or incorrect information about the product is indicated on the site, CraftIN will contact the customer to clarify the order. In this case, the client has the right to agree to the specified conditions or refuse the order.
4. Placing an order
The order can be placed CraftIN.lv in the online store by selecting the product, indicating the necessary information and confirming the order.
After placing the order, the customer receives the order information and invoice or payment details to the specified e-mail address.
The order is considered accepted for processing after its receipt, but the production of personalized and individually manufactured goods is started only after receipt or confirmation of payment.
If additional information is required to fulfill the order, such as a clarification of the design, text, image, size or place of delivery, CraftIN will contact the customer using the contact information provided in the order. The deadline for the execution of the order in such a case may be extended by the time the necessary information is pending.
5. Payment
Payment in CraftIN.lv store is currently made by bank transfer to the details specified in the invoice.
The production and preparation of the order for shipment is started after receiving or confirming the payment.
The order is reserved for 3 calendar days. If during this time the payment has not been received and no other agreement has been reached with the customer, the order may be canceled.
If the payment has already been made, but has not yet reached the CraftIN account, the customer can contact us and send a copy of the payment order or other proof of payment.
6. Time limits for manufacture and processing
Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise indicated in the product description or individual agreement.
For individual, more complex or larger volume orders, the production period may be longer. In this case, the term is indicated in the description of the product, in the communication of the order or agreed with the customer separately.
CraftIN reserves the right to extend the production deadline if the execution of the order requires additional coordination with the customer, replenishment of materials or there are other objective circumstances that affect the production.
7. Delivery and receipt
It is possible to receive the goods by delivery to the parcel machine or, if previously agreed, except on the spot in Skriveri.
Delivery costs are calculated and indicated at the time of placing the order. The delivery price may depend on the size, weight of the product, the type of delivery and the chosen provider.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery information, including the correct phone number, e-mail address and selected parcel machine.
If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the cost of repeated delivery or retransmission of the order shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Right of withdrawal and return of goods
The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods, unless an exception has been specified in regulatory enactments.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made according to the customer’s instructions or are clearly personalized, for example, with a name, text, date, image, design, size, color combination or other individual customization chosen by the customer.
If the product is not personalized and the customer wants to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the customer of the decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the product by writing to the info@craftin.lv.
After sending the notice of withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days, having previously contacted CraftIN about the practical return procedure and address.
The cost of the return is borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is damaged, incorrect or does not correspond to the order due to the fault of CraftIN.
The returned product must be unused, undamaged and, as far as possible, in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the product if the product is used more than is necessary to check its characteristics, nature and operation.

9. Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product
If the received product is damaged, incorrect or does not correspond to the order, the customer should contact CraftIN as soon as possible by writing to the info@craftin.lv and attaching the order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos.
If the non-conformity is due to an error by CraftIN, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as repairing, remanufacturing, changing, reducing the price or refunding the product in accordance with the specific situation and the requirements of regulatory enactments.
Minor peculiarities of the material, color, wood texture, 3D printing layering or manual work shall not be considered a defect if they correspond to the description of the product and do not affect the use of the product.
10. Customer’s Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the information specified in the order, including name, surname, email address, phone number, shipping information, personalization text, image, date, size and other order information.
If the customer submits an image, text, logo or other material for a personalized product, the customer confirms that he has the right to use this material and transfer it to CraftIN for the fulfillment of the order.
CraftIN reserves the right to refuse an order if its content is offensive, illegal, violates the rights of third parties or does not comply with CraftIN’s working principles.
11. Personal data
Customers’ personal data is processed only to the extent necessary for the execution of the order, communication, delivery, fulfillment of accounting requirements and ensuring the operation of the website.

12. Dispute resolution
If the customer has any questions, complaints or claims about the order, we invite you to contact CraftIN first by writing to info@craftin.lv. We will try to find a reasonable and honest solution.
If the dispute cannot be resolved mutually, the consumer has the right to apply to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or to use other ways of resolving disputes provided for in laws and regulations.
13. Changes to the Terms
CraftIN may update these terms from time to time to reflect the actual operation of the store, services and regulatory requirements.
The order is subject to the terms and conditions that were in force at the time of placing the order, unless otherwise provided by regulatory enactments.
